Implementing ISO/IEC 27001
The purpose of the project is to strengthen the cybersecurity resilience of the company through the implementation of an Information Security Management System (ISMS) in accordance with the ISO 27001 standard, while ensuring compliance with national and EU cybersecurity requirements.
The project includes the assessment of existing processes, the implementation of technical and organizational security measures, employee training, and the certification of the ISMS. These activities will enhance information security, improve risk management practices, and support the company’s long-term operational resilience.
Strengthening the international competitiveness of enterprises by participating in international trade fairs
The purpose of the project is to strengthen the international competitiveness of the company Deegloo by presenting its products and services to the international business community, creating opportunities to reach foreign customers, enhancing the company’s recognition and competitiveness in international markets, and increasing opportunities for business cooperation with foreign partners.
The company plans to achieve international competitiveness through targeted presentation of its service solutions at trade fairs and by placing its products on markets with strong demand growth.
Developing an AI solution to reduce customer churn
The purpose of the project is to develop and validate Retentive.io, an innovative AI solution that reduces customer churn by applying causality and prescriptive analytics. Instead of only predicting which customers will leave, the solution identifies the underlying causes of churn and recommends concrete actions to prevent it, helping companies in insurance, telecom and finance retain more customers.Through the project, the technology was advanced from experimental proof of concept (TRL 3) to a laboratory-validated prototype (TRL 4), ready for further development towards TRL 5.
