Our ideal candidate has:
- Marketing experience in developing and implementing effective strategies with a focus on the IT sector
- Strategic thinking abilities with a knack for developing innovative marketing plans aligned with overarching business objectives
- A creative mindset to develop unique and compelling marketing campaigns
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and resources efficiently
- A continuous desire for learning, with a passion for staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies
- Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and adjust marketing strategies accordingly
- Excellent verbal and written skills in both Croatian and English
- Time management and multitasking skills, attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
WHAT THIS ROLE IS ABOUT
- Driving compelling campaigns to establish our brand in the industry
- Utilize market insights to inform campaign strategies and refine the brand’s positioning
- Leading the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies while taking an active and forward-thinking approach to addressing challenges
- Contributing to the development of forward-thinking strategies that align with the company’s goals
- Managing multiple projects and resources efficiently
- Managing and optimizing social media accounts
- Overseeing Google Analytics, optimizing SEO, and executing both Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
- Executing copywriting responsibilities for all marketing initiatives and campaigns, crafting clear, concise, and high-impact internal and external materials
- Plan and coordinate events to foster community engagement and increase brand visibility
- Cooperating with the business development team, designer, and other individuals within our company
- Fulfilling all other activities as per the Team Lead’s request following job position requirements
