We are happy to announce we have been awarded EU funding to support the development of our innovative new product, Retentive.io.

Retentive is an AI-powered solution designed to help businesses in insurance, telecommunications, and financial services reduce customer churn by uncovering the true causes behind customer behavior and generating optimal intervention strategies.

The project will build on open-source technologies and cutting-edge causal AI research, enabling businesses not only to predict which customers are at risk of leaving, but also to understand why and how to most effectively retain them. Through advanced features such as causal modeling, explainable AI, and what-if scenario analysis, Retentive will provide organizations with actionable insights and measurable impact on customer loyalty and long-term revenue growth.

Securing EU funding represents an important milestone for Deegloo, reinforcing its commitment to driving innovation and contributing to the wider adoption of open-source technologies in the field of causal AI. This support will accelerate the development of Retentive and strengthen Deegloo’s capacity to bring advanced, explainable AI solutions to global markets.
